This is so on point for me. My word for the year is habit and this episode and the next are great resources.

I like what your husband said about being a tortoise. I believe people set goals and get discouraged because they didn’t stay on track. I tell myself I can reset and understand what did not work well and start again after I learned from the first time. Thank you.

I loved this podcast! I had set intentions/goals for the year on a month-to-month basis already but now I’m going to go back and redo them based on what I learned from you! I can’t remember the last time I was so into my planner!

I just wanted to say thank you for such a great podcast. Not only do I love how ‘real’ you both are, but I love that you have involved your audience.
Most importantly I LOVE that you have a planner for everyone. It makes it easy to not only stay organized, or decorate it your liking, but most importantly you can use them to be part of the “The 8% Club”.
Thank you so much for creating something that I can’t enough of.
